This versatile, 14 x 14 inch cushion offers support in multiple ways. One or two will give you the height you need to sit comfortably.
They can be used in other ways – to prop up a knee that doesn’t touch the floor, tucked under an ankle, or as a cushion over a meditation bench.
We generally sit on a zabuton, a zafu, and a support cushion. The support cushion may be placed directly under the zafu in order to give one more height, but commonly it is placed under and a little behind the zafu in order to roll the pelvis forward, and strengthen the lower back.
Still Sitting offers Support Cushions in a variety of colors, and a choice between Standard (non-removable cover) or Deluxe (removable cover).
Our Deluxe Support Cushion has an inner lining made of 100% cotton muslin. Each Deluxe Support Cushion cover is machine washable with the exception of the patterned fabrics which we recommend hand-washing or dry cleaning.
If you’d like, you may add an extra Removable Cover of the same or a different color.

Great pillow for support.
Every now and then a little lift on a gomden is appreciated. Using it as a wedge under a zafu has not worked too well, creates a funny angle for my taste. I have used it as a riser under and on top a zafu and am finding it a bit wobbly. Using this now and then.
