This Mini Daruma Gift Set is a whimsical reminder of your intentions and goals for the year. Daruma is a representation of Bodhidharma, the founder of the Zen school of Buddhism.

The traditional use of a Daruma doll is to make a goal or intention for your life, large or small, and make a dot in one of Daruma’s eyes with a brush or a pen.  You may want to write your intention down on a small piece of paper, roll it up, and place it inside the hollow Daruma doll.

All of our Darumas are sturdy and beautifully decorated, and made in Japan.

This product is our Mini Daruma Gift Set, which includes a very cute 2” Daruma packaged together with a fine tip fude pen.  This gift set makes a lovely Christmas or New Year’s gift.

We also offer additional sizes of Daruma, Large and Small, and two colors, Red or Black.  Our Large Daruma is approx. 6” tall, our Small Daruma is about 3.5” tall.

Our Japanese Brush Pen will dot your Daruma’s eyes, and do much more.  This brush pen combines the control of a fine-tipped marker and the fluidity of a traditional brush. It will elevate your writing and drawing with precision and elegance.  Great for calligraphy, sketching, or ink illustration.
